Matthew Shear, President of Benjamins Group, was born in Miami, Florida. After having lived and travelled extensively abroad looking for the perfect place to set up his new residential development project, he settled on Mont-Tremblant. He and his partner, Steven Schiff, a successful commercial and residential developer, are committed to the success of the project.

Matthew and Steven brought together an excellent development team. Seeking out the best professionals in every field, they chose people who shared their vision for a new type of resort-area community.
